Workday® provides the External Supplier Site functionality to register vendors for your organization. This is great for organizations who have simple registration requirements.
The Process
When prospective vendors are provided with the link to the External Supplier Site for your organization, they can register to create an account. An email will be sent to the email address specified:
Once the vendor receives the email and clicks on the link, they will be brought into registration:

Once the vendor completes the required fields, they can submit the application for approval and route through a business process. Organizations can define this approval process via the Prospective Supplier Request Event business process definition:
